14-Day Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Personalized Items
Final Sale
Personalized pieces — engravings, initials, birthstones, zodiac, and made-to-order items — are final sale and not eligible for return.
Shipping & Refunds
Buyer Covers Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We recommend a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel, email info@suriofficial.com with your order number right away. The sooner we hear from you, the better.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking once it ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

How long does a personalized order take?
Custom-made and personalized pieces require additional production time before shipping. This varies by piece — the product page will note if a longer lead time applies. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Express shipping is free on U.S. orders of $300 or more. For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on destination and are calculated and displayed at checkout.
I received the wrong item or my piece has a defect.
We're sorry. Email info@suriofficial.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost, including on personalized pieces.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes — if your item is eligible for a return (unworn, non-personalized, within 14 days), we can exchange it for a different size or finish of the same product. Email us with your order number and the variation you'd like instead.
